Guest Users in Need of Technical Support

This guide details some best practices for guest users who need assistance with Apricot.

If you are unsure if you are a guest user and you are applying for a grant, you are almost certainly a guest user submitting your application to an Organization using an Apricot database.

In almost all cases, your question will best be answered by the Administrator for the specific Apricot site that you're working in. Before working with the Apricot support team, please reach out to the Organization to whom you are submitting your Grant Application. 

The site administrator will reach out to the Apricot support team if they are unable to resolve your issue, and we're happy to pick it up from there! If you have trouble identifying the site Administrator, you may be able to find that information on the Organization's website, if not, we may be able to provide that information to you.
