The Support Portal provides instructional documentation about how to use ETO as well as case entry and management options.

Finding the Support Portal

The Support Portal can be accessed via ETO:

  1. Log into ETO.

  2. Click on the "Help" link on the upper right-hand side of your screen.

  3. Select "Support."

  4. You will be redirected to the Support Portal.

Portal Home Page

You will see the following options on the Support Portal home page.

  1. Create a Case: Use this feature to enter a new case with customer support.

  2. View Support Cases: Here you can view and update all of your cases.

  3. Help Manual: This is a link to our Help Manual, which has detailed information about the software.

  4. Knowledge Base: This contains short how-to articles and FAQ answers for common problems and questions.

  5. Training: View our online training calendar and sign up for classes.

  6. Ideas: Have a great idea for ETO functionality? Post it here and vote or comment on other ideas as well.

  7. User Groups: Join a forum of your peers and share ideas, tips, and tricks to move your organization forward.

  8. Chat With Us: Chat with support if you have a quick question. We'll help you out!
