When the Take Action buttons aren’t visible please first check your Browsing History and Browser Cache Settings. If this does not resolve the issues, resetting Internet Explorer will make them reappear.

  1. Click on Tools in Internet Explorer OR Click the Gear Icon in the Top Right Hand Corner.
  2. Select Internet Options from the Drop- Down Menu
  3. Click the Advanced tab
  4. Click Reset
  5. In the Pop-Up Box Click Reset (Selecting Delete Personal Settings is optional)
  6. Click Close
  7. Restart Computer

Once logged back into ETO, the Take Action buttons will be displayed.
