I'm trying to add a new user account but it says the email address must be unique. What does this mean?

This error means that the email address is already in use in either your site/enterprise or in another site/enterprise.

Support can create accounts for users who must log into multiple instances of ETO so you do not have to use a different email address.

  1. Create their account using a fake email address (anything will do as long as it includes and @ and a .com or .org at the end).
  2. Email support@socialsolutions.com with both the real email address and the fake email address, as well as the enterprise each account is located on.
  3. Support will merge the accounts so the user will only have to remember one username and one password.
