DE10360: Batch Upload Unable to Upload TP response for dismissed participant prevents users from being able to perform Batch Upload for Dismissed Participants. However, if you remove all Duplicate Check Settings prior to performing the upload, the records will be inserted.

To Remove Duplicate Check Settings: 

  1. Begin in ETO 
  2. Click on Site Administration on the Navigation Bar 
  3. Select Manage Demographics 
  4. Select Set Duplicate Check Settings in the Demographic Settings section 
  5. Remove all checks in the column Set for Duplicate Check 
  6. Click Save 

You can now perform your batch upload as per usual.

Please Note: Demographic columns in your template are no longer required. You will need to be sure to include Participant Site ID.
