Follow the steps below to create a collection. Collections are use to group participants together and take TouchPoints for all of those participants.
- Go to the navigation bar on the right side of ETO.
- Click Create a Collection.
- In the Select a Collection Type drop-down, select the collection type.
- Check boxes to the left of all collection participants you want to enroll in the collection.
- Click Continue.
- Give the collection a name and fill in the form (required fields show with red asterisk).
- Click Save.
