Follow the steps below to create a collection. Collections are use to group participants together and take TouchPoints for all of those participants.

  1. Go to the navigation bar on the right side of ETO.
  2. Click Create a Collection.
  3. In the Select a Collection Type drop-down, select the collection type.
  4. Check boxes to the left of all collection participants you want to enroll in the collection.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. Give the collection a name and fill in the form (required fields show with red asterisk).
  7. Click Save.
