This feature is used to grant access to the View Reports (NEW) page on a report-by-report basis based on the user's role and program/site access 

  1. Select Reports on the navigation bar.
  2. Select View Reports (NEW).
  3.  Click the Manage Reports button.
  4. Select Edit next to the desired report.
  5. Select a Category.
  6. Expand site options and select access to the report based on program and user level.

7. Click Save.
