Periodically you may experience an error logging in to live office. This can happen when working across sites in an enterprise, or working across enterprises. Most often logging out then re-opening the reporting dashboard will resolve the issue.

1. Click the down arrow located to the right-side of the navigation bar.

2. This will expand the menu bar to show a set of menu options above.
3. Click "Log Out," located just above the arrow.

4. You will be brought to a log-on page for SAP Business Objects.
5. You may close this window and log-in again, or you may locate your log-in information and use it to log back in.
