Adding a link to the My Favorites tab can be a useful tool for directing users to features most often used in ETO. These links can either be items from the navigation bar or a standard/custom report. 

  • ¬†Navigate to the My Favorites tab along the top of the screen. You will see four options.
  • The first is Add Feature
  1. Check the box next to the Feature you wish to add. 
  2. Select either Personal or Default for the status of the link.
  3. Personal indicates that it will only show up on your own Favorites page.
  4. The Default setting makes the link public, available to all users.
  5. Click Submit at the bottom of the page.
  6. Navigate back to your My Favorites tab to see your new link

The next button is Add Custom Report or Query

  1. Here the list of features is comprised of either custom reports or shared queries.
  2. You may add reports here the same way you would in Add Feature.
  3. Adding a report from this list as default will allow all users to see the report regardless of their user role.

The third button is Add Standard Report

  1. The list of features generated here are the same standard reports that you would find in View Reports.
  2. Adding a report from this list as default will allow all users to see the report regardless of their user role.

The final button is Add Drop Down Link

  1. Selecting a feature from this list will add that feature to the fly out box that appears when you quick search a participant.
  2. Selection of the feature is the same as in Add Feature.
  3. To check your work, use quick search to find a participant.
  4. Click on their name.
  5. You should now see the new feature in the fly out box.
