If you are experiencing slowness within ETO software, support will ask you for your Where Am I information. This information is important for determining which server you are on. Support representatives use this information to replicate your problem and provide it to IT so they can check that server for tasks that might be affecting its performance.  

  1. Locate the URL at the top of your browser. 

2. Enter the following web address: https://secure.etosoftware.com/whereami.aspx
3. You will be taken to a webpage with details about your virtual location.
4. Support will need to know your Web Server IP.
