What do I do if my account is locked?

Answer:

ETO user accounts can become locked for various reasons including but not limited to: too many failed login attempts, not updating your password when prompted, or not logging in for a certain amount of time.

Your ETO Administrators (Enterprise Managers and Site Managers) are able to manually unlock your account for you. Please reach out to an ETO Administrator to request that your account be unlocked.
