Question:
Why can't I use ETO in Microsoft Edge?

Answer:

Microsoft Edge is the default browser for the Windows 10 Operating System. It does not support ActiveX controls, Browser Helper Objects, VBScript, or other legacy technology. Therefore, many of our legacy features are not compatible with the new browser, and we recommend accessing ETO in Internet Explorer 10 or 11.

If you cannot find Internet Explorer on your Windows 10 machine, you can access it from Microsoft Edge. In the top right corner, there should be an icon with three dots. This is the Menu icon. Click on this icon and select "Open with Internet Explorer." Once you open the browser, you can then pin it to your task bar.

The icons for each browser are extremely similar, so we have listed them below to highlight the difference.
