The Participant Information Dashboard part is a Dashboard feature that can be customized in many ways. A custom file attachment Demographic can be created and displayed on this Dashboard Part allowing easy Participant recognition via photo.
To Create and Enable a Participant Photo:
Begin in ETO
Go to Site Administration
Select Manage Demographics
Click Add Demographic
Enter your Demographic Name
Select File Attachment
Select your scope
Enter a Description if you would like
Select Continue
Choose Image
Select Continue
Press OK
Select Back to return to Manage Demographics
Click Edit in the Edit column on the far right of your new Demographic
Check Participant Photo
Click Submit
You will need to edit the demographics for each Participant and add the photo in the file attachment Demographic field. Once saved, when you go to the Participant Dashboard, the photo will show in the Participant Information Dashboard Part.
