How To View a Participant's Program History

Users can view the program history of a participant by looking at the Participant Program History feature.

How to view a participant’s program history:

  1. On the navigation bar on the right hand side, select Participant History.

  2. Select Participant Program History.

  3. This list will show all of the currently active participants within the program that the user is in.

  4. Once the participant is located, click "GO" to get to the participant's program history.

  5. This list shows all past and program enrollments of the participant within the site.

  6. Click on "Program History Audit Trail" in the right hand corner. This will show all of the adjustments made to the participant’s program enrollment record.
