Question:

Why am I unable to log into ETO using my username?

Answer:

Users were previously able to log into ETO using just a username. After the AWS migration all users will need to log in using the full email address associated with their ETO account.

If the user is still unable to log in when using their full email address and previous password, an administrator may need to go in and re-save the user account. You can do that by following these steps:

  1. On the navigation bar > Site Administration
  2. Manage User Accounts
  3. Search for the user who is unable to log in
  4. Click "Edit"
  5. Save the account
  6. Have the user try logging in again

If the user is still unable to log in after taking these steps, please contact customer support.
