If at all possible, we recommend using built-in ETO features to delete data including TouchPoint responses. However, there may be a situation where you need a large amount of responses deleted. If you need a large amount of responses deleted, please submit a support case with the specific request.
You will need to provide:
- Written explicit consent for the request
- An Excel file containing the response IDs to be deleted
- The TouchPoint name and/or Form ID
- Your Who Am I information
