When filling out a TouchPoint, you may find that you are not able to scroll once you leave the first page. This is due to a setting in Internet Explorer called Smooth Scrolling. This article will walk you through disabling the Smooth Scrolling feature.

  1. Open Internet Explorer 
  2. Click Tools (Gear in Top Right Corner) 
  3. Click Internet Options 
  4. Click Advanced tab 
  5. Scroll Down to the option "Use Smooth Scrolling" 
  6. Uncheck the Box
  7. Click Apply 
  8. Click OK
