When filling out a TouchPoint, you may find that you are not able to scroll once you leave the first page. This is due to a setting in Internet Explorer called Smooth Scrolling. This article will walk you through disabling the Smooth Scrolling feature.
- Open Internet Explorer
- Click Tools (Gear in Top Right Corner)
- Click Internet Options
- Click Advanced tab
- Scroll Down to the option "Use Smooth Scrolling"
- Uncheck the Box
- Click Apply
- Click OK
